The initial consultation is usually in your home or place of business during which we will collectively translate your creative ideas and hopes into a functional list of priorities. We then continue the collaborative effort to modify the design which will help to inform the budget, the building parameters, and the projected timeline for your project.
We will finalize the pre-build process by meeting once more to present a full construction package which include high-quality architectural renderings, specifications, and a detailed schedule.
To help enhance the building process and our communication with our clients we use Co-Construct, a highly rated custom builder and remodeling software.
